Substrate Requirements

• Concrete strength: ≥25 N/mm²

• Pull-off strength: ≥1.5 N/mm²

• Surface must be:

  • Clean

  • Dry

  • Free from contaminants

Surface Preparation

• Mechanical grinding / blasting

• Remove laitance and weak concrete

• Repair cracks and voids

• Vacuum dust before application

Application Method

Primer

• Apply Sikafloor®-161 HC

• Ensure full surface coverage

Coating

• Mix Part A + Part B (~3 min)

• Apply with roller or squeegee

• Back-roll for even finish

• Apply additional layers as required

Important Notes

• Protect from water and condensation for 24 hours

• Do NOT apply on rising moisture substrates

• Colour change may occur under UV (no performance impact)

• Ensure same batch for uniform colour

• Not suitable for substrates with rising moisture

• Thin coating will not hide surface defects
