Nippon Matex Sealer 18L – Interior Sealer
Nippon Matex Sealer is a water-based, environmentally friendly interior sealer suitable for masonry surfaces. It is formulated to improve adhesion and help reduce the deterioration of emulsion paint caused by the high concentration of cement chemicals.

The surface must be clean, dry and stable. For treatment of moisture, unstable matter, contaminants, algae, fungus or hairline cracks, consult the latest Technical Data Sheet.

Use clean water.
• Roller and brush: Maximum 20%

Wash all tools and application equipment immediately after use with clean water.
Storage
Keep the container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
Application Precautions
• Do not apply when the temperature is below 10°C.
• Do not apply when relative humidity is above 85%.
• Avoid direct contact with sensitive skin.

• Use only in well-ventilated areas.
• Do not breathe vapour or spray mist.
• Wear suitable gloves, a mask and eye protection during application.
• Avoid prolonged skin contact and contact with the eyes.
• If the product enters the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• Keep away from food and drinks and out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label.
• Contain and collect accidental spills using sand, earth or another absorbent material.
• Do not empty the product into drains or waterways.
• Dispose of waste paint and empty containers according to national and local regulations.
• Empty containers and packaging should be recycled, recovered or disposed of through a suitably qualified or licensed contractor.
