Consumption Guide

Surface Preparation

• Tile joints must be:

  • Clean

  • Free from oil, grease, dust

  • Free from cement laitance

• Remove loose particles before application

Mixing Instructions

• Add 0.3 L water (or SikaCim Latex for wet areas)

• Slowly add grout powder

• Mix for ~3 minutes

• Use low-speed mixer (300–600 rpm)

Application Method

• Apply grout diagonally using rubber trowel

• Fill all tile joints completely

• After ~10 minutes:

  • Clean excess grout with damp sponge

• Smooth joints evenly

• Allow minimum 24 hours before foot traffic

Important Notes

• Do not mix fresh grout with old mixed material

• Do not use salty or saline water

• Do not clean hardened grout with strong acid chemicals
