Surface Preparation
Surface must be:
Clean
Sound
Free from oil, grease, dust
Important Tip
Lightly pre-dampen surface with water
→ Improves curing and reduces over-expansion
Application Method
Shake can for at least 20 seconds
Attach nozzle
Apply foam into joint
Fill in layers for deep gaps
Allow expansion and curing between layers
Do NOT overfill (foam expands)
Important Notes
Do NOT fill cavities completely (expansion)
Moisture is required for proper curing
Use extension tube for small gaps
Fix elements until foam fully cures
Limitations
Not UV resistant (must be covered)
Not suitable for:
PE / PP / PTFE
Silicone surfaces
Oily or greasy substrates
Safety Note
Do not expose can to >50°C (explosion risk)
