Surface Preparation
Substrate must be:
Clean
Sound
Free from dust, oil, grease
Remove:
Weak concrete
Cement laitance
Roughen surface for better bonding
Mixing Instructions
Add water into container
Slowly add powder while mixing
Mix for ~3 minutes
Use low-speed mixer (≤500 rpm)
Application Method
Apply on saturated surface (SSD condition)
Use trowel or spatula
Apply in layers if thickness >40 mm
Smooth with float after initial set
Important Notes
Do NOT add extra water after mixing
Keep surface moist during curing
Protect from fast drying (sun/wind)
Recommended System
Use SikaTop 121 as bonding coat for better adhesion
Use SikaTop 121 for fine finishing
Cleaning
Clean tools with water immediately
Hardened material → mechanical removal
