Description

Sikadur®-31 CF Normal is a 2-component, moisture-tolerant epoxy adhesive and repair mortar, designed for structural bonding, crack repair, and concrete patching. It is thixotropic (non-sag) and suitable for vertical and overhead applications.

Application Method

Mixing

• Mix Part A (~30 sec)

• Add Part B

• Mix for ~3 minutes

• Remix in clean container

Application

• Apply using:

  • Spatula

  • Trowel

  • Notched trowel

Uses

• Thin adhesive → apply directly

• Repair mortar → use formwork if needed

• Vertical bonding → support elements for ~12 hours

Surface Preparation

• Surface must be:

  • Clean

  • Sound

  • Free from oil, grease, dust

• Concrete must be ≥28 days old

• Steel must be cleaned to Sa 2.5 standard

Important Notes

• Do NOT mix large quantities at once (reduce pot life)

• Divide mixed material in hot conditions

• Avoid air entrapment during mixing

• Protect from condensation
