SikaWall®-126 Plaster Mix KH is a 1-component polymer-modified mortar, pre-packed with cement, graded sand, and additives. It is designed for plastering and brick bonding applications, providing strong adhesion and crack resistance.

Application Conditions

• Temperature: +8°C to +40°C

Waiting Time

• Before plaster over brick adhesive: 24 hours

• Before skim coat over plaster: 7 days

Surface Preparation

• Surface must be:

  • Clean

  • Strong

  • Free from oil, grease, dust

• Remove loose particles

• Pre-wet absorbent surfaces (SSD condition)

Mixing Instructions

• Add 3.2–3.5 L water

• Slowly add powder

• Mix for ~3 minutes

• Use low-speed mixer (300–600 rpm)

Application Method

As Brick Adhesive

• Apply mortar using scoop

• Install bricks while mortar is fresh

• Wait minimum 24 hours before plastering

As Plaster

• Apply using flat trowel

• Smooth surface evenly

• Wait minimum 7 days before skim coat

Cleaning

• Clean tools with water immediately

• Hardened material must be removed mechanically
