Description
Sikafloor-6 Chapdur Grey (KH) is a ready-to-use cementitious dry shake floor hardener designed to strengthen and protect freshly placed concrete floors. The product contains very hard, well-graded natural aggregates that create a dense, abrasion-resistant surface with intrinsic grey colouring.
It is used for surface reinforcement of concrete slabs to improve durability, reduce dust formation, and increase resistance to mechanical wear, oils, and impacts. Ideal for industrial and commercial floors exposed to heavy traffic and demanding working conditions.

Application Method
Substrate Preparation
Apply onto freshly poured concrete once bleeding has finished and plasticity is reached.
Level and smooth the surface using a vibrating straight edge.
Application
Sprinkle product evenly by hand at 3 – 6 kg/m² onto wet concrete surface.
Allow material to absorb moisture.
Consolidate and power float the surface.
Smoothing
Perform initial smoothing at low machine speed with minimal blade inclination.
Final smoothing carried out later at higher machine speed for uniform finish.
Curing Treatment
Protect the surface from rapid moisture loss.
Apply approved curing system to prevent cracking and ensure proper hardening.
