Shipping & Return Policy

What You Can Return or Exchange

  • Incorrect items: If you receive a different product from what was ordered—whether in appearance or specifications—we’ll replace it with the correct one at no cost.

  • Damaged during transit: If the product appears damaged upon arrival, we’ll exchange it free of charge following validation.

  • Doesn’t fit your job needs: If the tool is not suitable for your intended use, we accept exchanges within 3 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Return/Exchange Window & Condition

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on items showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact our customer service at support@kiritools.com or via WhatsApp with: Order number, photo of the issue (if damaged or incorrect), and reason for exchange.

  • Our team will review and respond within 24 hours, often issuing a prepaid return label.

  • Ship the item back using that label.

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we'll dispatch your replacement within 1–3 business days, and notify you once it’s on the way.

Shipping & Restocking

  • Exchange shipping is free—KiriTools covers both return and reshipment.

  • If the item doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll notify you and arrange its return at your cost, or offer a partial refund.

Refunds

  • We offer exchanges by default. Refunds to the original payment method are optional and subject to management approval when justified (e.g., cancelled orders or undeliverable items).

  • Refunds may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20%) if the product isn't in its original condition or packaging.

Fraud Prevention & Protections

  • We require proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • Returns from addresses unrelated to the original order may be subjected to hold or inspection.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if patterns indicate abuse, such as frequent returns or mismatch of stated reasons.

  • We may require photo or video proof before approving returns on high-value tools.

Exclusions & Restocking Fees

  • Final-sale, clearance, or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Any restocking fees will be stated at the time of request and deducted from any refund.

Warranty-Covered Faults

  • Defective products under warranty are handled separately under our Warranty Policy, not this Return & Exchange Policy. Refer to our Warranty section for details.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges: Typically shipped within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after return inspection, depending on your financial provider.
