Sikalastic®-110 is a 1-component water-based polyurethane-bituminous waterproofing coating, designed to form a highly elastic, seamless, and crack-bridging membrane. It is suitable for applications requiring flexibility and durability under movement conditions.

Substrate Preparation

• Concrete must be:

  • Minimum 28 days cured

  • Moisture < 6%

  • Clean, dry, and sound

• Remove:

  • Dust, oil, grease

  • Loose materials

  • Old coatings

Application Method

Standard System

• Dilute product (1:1 water) → primer

• Apply primer and let dry

• Apply 2 coats of Sikalastic®-110

• Allow full cure (~48 hrs)

• Apply screed or tile system

Reinforced System

• Apply primer

• Apply first coat

• Embed reinforcement mesh (Reemat)

• Apply 2 additional coats

• Cure before finishing

Important Limitations

Do NOT use:

• For water tanks or swimming pools

• For permanent water immersion

• On substrates with rising moisture

• Under UV exposure (must be covered system)

Important Notes

• Protect from rain before curing

• Do not allow water ponding between coats

• Do not add extra water (except primer stage)
