Description
SikaTop®-107 Seal KH is a 2-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing slurry, consisting of a liquid polymer (Part A) and a cement-based powder (Part B). It provides rigid waterproofing and damp-proofing, suitable even for potable water systems.

Application Method
Mixing
Shake Part A
Add Part B slowly while mixing
Mix ~3 minutes until uniform
As Slurry Waterproofing
Pre-wet substrate (SSD condition)
Apply first coat with brush
Apply second coat cross direction
Use minimum 2 coats
As Mortar (Optional)
Reduce Part A by ~10%
Apply with trowel for smooth finish
Substrate Preparation
