Surface Preparation
- Mechanical preparation (grinding / blasting)
- Remove weak concrete and laitance
- Repair cracks and voids
- Vacuum dust before application
Application Method
Mixing
- Mix Part A (~30 sec)
- Add Part B
- Mix ~3 minutes
- Transfer to new container and remix
Primer Application
- Pour material onto surface
- Apply with roller or squeegee
- Back-roll for even coverage
- Maintain wet edge
Mortar / Screed
- Mix resin + aggregates
- Apply wet-on-wet over primer
- Spread and compact
- Finish with trowel

- Protect from moisture for first 24 hours
- Apply during falling temperature (avoid pinholes)
