Application Method
Bonding Bridge
Mix SikaLatex solution with cement
Apply slurry (~1 mm thick) with brush
Apply new mortar/concrete while still wet
Mortar Applications
Prepare SikaLatex solution (mix with water)
Add cement and sand
Mix until uniform
Apply mortar to required thickness
Surface Preparation
Substrate must be:
Clean
Free from dust, oil, grease
Sound and strong
Remove weak or damaged concrete
Remove rust and contaminants
Important Notes
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT:
Do NOT use SikaLatex alone without cement
Always mix with cement → otherwise bonding will fail
Apply bonding slurry and new mortar wet-on-wet
