Shipping & Return Policy What You Can Return or Exchange Incorrect items: If you receive a different product from what was ordered—whether in appearance or specifications—we’ll replace it with the correct one at no cost. Damaged during transit: If the product appears damaged upon arrival, we’ll exchange it free of charge following validation. Doesn’t fit your job needs: If the tool is not suitable for your intended use, we accept exchanges within 3 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
